Are you planning to submit a funding proposal with a submission deadline in January or February 2019?

Please make sure you contact our project controllers as soon as possible to arrange for the budget to be calculated before the Christmas break.

Below follow the faculty deadlines for a number of funding schemes with submission deadlines in early 2019.

  • Contact Hans Stavast before 1 Dec. if you are submitting in the following rounds: MSCA ITN (deadline 15/01/2019), ERC COG (deadline 07/02/2019), Erasmus + (various RUG deadlines in Jan.-Mar. 2019)
  • Contact Hans Stavast before 14 Dec. if you are applying to the Gratama/GUF fund (deadline 28/02/2019)
  • Contact Nadja Zadorina before 1 Dec. if you  are submitting in the following rounds: NWO Veni full proposal (deadline 06/01/2019), NWA ORC full proposal (deadline 31/01/2019), NWO Smart culture- Kunst en Cultuur (deadline 05/02/2019).
  • Contact Nadja Zadorina before 14 Dec. if you are submitting or taking part in a NWO Open Competition full proposal (deadline 7/03/2019)
If you are submitting to any other calls with deadlines in late 2018-early 2019 we kindly ask that you also contact project control as soon as possible to discuss a planning for calculating the budget and approving the proposal.

We have these internal deadlines in place to make sure all necessary calculations and procedures for formal approval can be completed in time for submission despite the Christmas break and high demand on Project Control in the first part of 2019.
