Primary and Long-term Care (PLC)

We aim to generate knowledge for future-proof, person-centred and appropriate primary and long-term care. Through regional and (inter)national collaborations, we want to implement and evaluate care innovations, in which we pay special attention to the organization of long-term care and health care technology. We cooperate within academic research networks and collaboration centres, bridging the gap between science and practice.
