Guinevere Lageveen-Kammeijer coordinates European Partnership for Personalised Medicine

Guinevere Lageveen-Kammeijer and Peter Horvatovich, alongside their partners at Treat4Life (Sweden), Helmholtz Munich (Germany), HCEM (Hungary), Turbine (Hungary), and Lund University (Sweden), have been awarded a prestigious European Partnership for Personalised Medicine (EP PerMed) from the European Commission. This 3-year project will focus on utilizing AI and large-scale biobanking to validate drug targets and biomarkers for personalized melanoma treatment (PerMel-AI). Guinevere is the coordinator of the PerMel-AI project, with a total funding of €1.3 million – of which €250k is awarded to the Analytical Biochemistry research group (subsidized by ZonMW).
