Study advisor

Dr Joke van der Mark is the study advisor for all MD/PhD students. MD/PhD students can ask her all kinds of questions, for instance about applying for an MD/PhD programme or the appointment of an MD/PhD student, but also about problems with their projects, problems with their supervisor or within the department, or personal or mental problems. Joke van der Mark is a confidential advisor. She will listen and provide information, advice and support, and any information she is given will be treated confidentially. She may refer the student to the study advisor of the Institute for Medical Education.

Open office hour
Every Wednesday from 12 noon to 1 p.m . Students can also make personal appointments at other times. Short questions can also be asked by email (j.m.van.der.mark@umcg.nl).
