Protein Engineering and X-ray Structure Analysis Center

The Protein Engineering and X-ray Structure Analysis Center uses state-of-the-art protein crystallization with subsequent structure determination as well as the characterization of proteins with equipment ranging from microcalorimetry (both differential scanning and isothermal titration), circular dichroism spectroscopy, stopped-flow fluorescence spectroscopy, and in house X-ray diffraction analysis complemented with access to several synchrotron facilities for high resolution studies. The Protein Engineering and X-ray Structure Analysis Center also is available for precompetitive and contract research with industrial partners
