Pharos: Pharos is a national organization that works to make health more equal for everyone. The CAREful project fits within their theme Health & Migrants.

Alzheimer Nederland: Alzheimer Nederland wants to prevent Alzheimer’s disease and improve treatment in the future. Until then, they want to work on improving the quality of life of people living with dementia and their families.

Vilans: Vilans helps professional and informal caregivers to find and use important research about dementia care.
