RELIC at the Rijksmuseum

Todd Weir and I are still enjoying the afterglow of a meeting convened by Prof. Valika Smeulders, head of history at the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam, one of RELIC’s non-HEI partner institutions in the Netherlands. Neil MacGregor, the former director of the British Museum presented stimulating ideas on a plan to highlight religion in an exhibition at the Rijksmuseum. Todd and I are happy to have made a little contribution to the effort, and – who knows – perhaps a graduate of the RELIC programme will be able to contribute to such exhibitions in the future?
