Meeting in Barcelona
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 25-26, Todd Weir was in Barcelona on behalf of RELIC to work with partners on the EMJM proposal. On Tuesday, he met with Daniela Eletti to go over the proposal and the developments of the committee on stakeholders and marketing. Together they discussed plans for the logo and the website with graphic designer Irantzu Casajus.
On Wednesday, Weir and Eletti travelled to the UAB for meetings with partners there. We discussed elements of the proposal with Joan Anton Barcelo, the chief organizer of the UAB team. In the afternoon Weir took part in the partner meeting of the Erasmus Plus project MIRETAGE, which he coordinates on behalf of 7 partners in Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain. This project is one of the inspirations of RELIC. Over the past several years we have developed deep working tied with UAB, as well as important stakeholders. On Nov. 28, Weir presented plans for RELIC at the partner meeting and cemented the participation in RELIC. This included the Jewish heritage organization Mozaika in Spain, the Moslim Archief and Storytelling Center in NL, and Future for Religious Heritage and Kadoc in Belgium.
