Chemicus Patrick van Rijn en zijn onderzoeksgroep van de afdeling Biomedical Engineering van het UMCG ontwikkelden een methode om razendsnel te beoordelen hoe een implantaat beter door het lichaam geaccepteerd wordt. “We kunnen in drie dagen net zoveel werk verzetten als in drie jaar tijd op de conventionele manier.” ........
