Title: INCT-SEC (Science and Technology National Institute on Critical Embedded Systems): an Overview of the results and perspectives.

Abstract:

In this talk I will provide an overview of the results and perspectives of the INCT-SEC (Science and Technology National Institute on Critical Embedded Systems), one of the INCTs of the INCT Program of the Brazilian Federal Science, Technology and Inovation Ministry in partnership with federal and state funding agencies. The INCT Program has the objective to motivate the integration of research groups in strategic areas for the sustenaible development of the country. The INCT-SEC constituted a brazilian research network involving more than 300 researchers on critical embedded systems, involving academia and industry. Its main objective was the development of autonomous vehicle based solutions and aplicattion in strategic areas such as environment and agriculture. I will also provide an overview of the ICMC-USP

(Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of São Paulo), the INCT-SEC headquarter, highlighting the research activities and possibilities of collaboration.
