Edwin Woerdman warns against industry lobby to compromise emissions trading

22 October 2014

In an article in Het Financieele Dagblad (October 22, 2014, in Dutch) Associate Professor of Law and Economics Dr Edwin Woerdman argues that the European industry wants to have pliable emission caps. This is inefficient and conflicts with the intended functioning of the EU emissions trading scheme.
