Dimitry Kochenov on long-term implication Association Agreements signed by EU an three Eastern European countries

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional law) published an opinion piece with BBC World (Russian service) outlining the key long-term implication of the new Association Agreements signed by the EU and three Eastern European countries -- Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. The key factor entering the picture is Russia's disruptive position, which is nevertheless not a civilizational choice: Russia can offer no future and has neither an ideology nor track record to match the West.
