New book Barend van Leeuwen: European Standardisation of Services and its Impact on Private Law
Assistant Professor of European Law Barend van Leeuwen has just published his book entitled 'European Standardisation of Services and its Impact on Private Law' with Hart Publishing.
The book analyses how and why European standards are made in the healthcare and tourism sectors, and what role these standards play in liability cases at the national level. It is based on a combination of legal analysis and empirical research in the healthcare and tourism sectors.
