Cyber Crime (5 ECTS)

Brief course description:
The course starts with a discussion on supranational legislation on cybercrime and liability on national level. Several Treaties on Cybercrime will be discussed. Following up on that, the course discusses several crimes:
1. Treaty on Cybercrime and the Law on Computer crimes I.
2. Laws on Computer crimes II and III.
3. Hacking.
4. Property crimes.
5. Child pornography.

Teaching method: Lectures, tutorials.

Assessment: Written exam (essay questions); a bonus can be acquired.
