Economic Evidence in competition law and the future of the more economic approach

On the 12th of May 2017, Annalies Outhuijse and Justin Lindeboom are organizing together with Professor Ioannis Lianos (University College London) an international conference in Amsterdam on the theme "Economic evidence in competition law and the future of the "more economic" approach".
The aim of this conference is to make a systematic analysis of the role of economic evidence in competition law proceedings. Amongst others, speakers come from the General Court of the EU, national courts, the Netherlands, UK, and German competition authorities, legal practice and academia.
