Leerdoelen	This course will enable the students to: - acquire knowledge of different concepts of law; - learn to think critically about the relation between law, morality and politics; - learn to think critically about legal decision-making and the possible role of IT.
Omschrijving	In this course a metajuridical perspective serves to analyse the nature of law as a legal system, the structure and function of legal rules as well as the boundaries of governmental intervention. Special attention is paid to the way juridical decision-makers form and justify their judgments, and to what extent their job can be taken over by Artificial Intelligence.
