Omschrijving | This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the practical and real-life aspects of work as a WOP psychologist. Students will seek and arrange an internship position in an organization, and will be a part of that organization for some time. In doing so, the student will get insight in the nature and scope of WOP psychology in practice, and will get the opportunity to (more or less) independently perform several of the core tasks of a WOP psychologist in the organization. The student may also have the opportunity to collect research data (e.g., for the master thesis) or to analyze a practical problem or issue in the organization from the perspective of scientific WOP psychology. At the end of the internship, the student will report her or his findings or analysis to the organization in the form of a report and/or presentation. |
