Omschrijving | With the right insight in your personality, knowing your skills and how to use your resources you will let yourself be successful in your life on the levels you choose. Learning to take the lead and manage yourself / your own life is also very helpful managing others in their work and projects: if you don’t know how to manage yourself, how can you manage others? In this course, consisting of two workshops, you will learn how to recognize, develop and use your time and energy management skills in an effective way. You will also determine your personal values, your various goals and you will work out a path to get there. As a result, you’ll have a clear view on how to improve the use of your precious time in a way that gives you the most energy and joy. You will work interactively with the other students which will give you the opportunity to share experiences and to give each other feedback |
