Opmerkingen | We will have 2 interactive workshop sessions. Our workshop will focus on interactive discussions and exercises based on the theory and applied to your own brainstorm topic. We will work together appliying various creativity and brainstorm techniques. Additionally, we will reflect and discuss discrepancies between theory and practice, and think of ways to synthesize both. In the time between 2 workshop sessions, you will receive a workbook to work with. The workbook forms your homework assignment to finish before our second meeting. It guides you through the process of individual brainstorming on the topic you want to work on. After having filled in the workbook, you have completed an individual brainstorm session. This forms the basis for our second workshop and group brainstorm sessions. Again, please pick a brainstorm topic for our workshops that is relevant / interesting to you. I look forward to our sessions together! Kiki de Jonge is an assistant professor and also a former Honours College Master student who completed the leadership programme a few years ago. The following condition (Article 3.6 of the EAR, to be found in your Student Portal under Organizations) applies: “Except in the event of extraordinary circumstances, all Master’s Honours Programme course units have a 100% attendance requirement, which includes preparation for and active participation in the course units.” There are no exceptions to this rule when it comes to the Personal Development workshops. |
