This compulsory course of MSc BA Change Management program focuses on a treatment of this multi-level issue and discusses how technology-induced changes can be cognitive, innovative, strategic, and under control. During the course, a general perspective on technological change is adopted first and an illustrative emphasis will be placed on the adoption, post-adoption, strategy and governance perspectives of information technology and the corresponding changes in organizations.
