Leerdoelen	Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to: (1) Recognize and analyse research problems and questions of performance in relation to sustainable entrepreneurship (2) Reproduce and apply dominant concepts and theories of performance in relation to sustainable entrepreneurship (3) Critically reflect on and discuss research methods of performance in relation to sustainable entrepreneurship (4) Clarify how sustainable entrepreneurs can capture value from people, planet, profit and purpose innovations (5) Translate and discuss existing PPPP innovations in a personal mission, vision and strategy (6) Propose and present an individual portfolio of PPPP leadership (7) Communicate one's authentic performance leadership portfolio orally and in writing to peers and experts in the field (8) Successfully manage individual leadership performance (9) Show leadership behaviour and thinking aligning with a performance mind-set
Omschrijving	The final element of the overall sustainable business model is sustainable performance. The academic component of this course offers an overview of performance frameworks and theories. It reviews how sustainable enterprises can attain sustainable performance given their unique features. Obstacles to measuring sustainable performance are discussed. The lab sessions focus on implementing sustainable performance frameworks. Sustainable enterprises design new products for new markets using new business models. Students review the sustainable performance of an organisation and critically reflect on the available performance measurement frameworks. Students will write an exam and develop and present their performance report.

Toetsvorm	Exam (Course grade = 60% exam + 20 % research proposal + 20 % presentation research proposal. The exam will take place in the 9th week of this block.)
