Regarding such court proceedings, the course will focus on the aspects of jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments. There are, however, alternative methods of dispute resolution: arbitration and mediation. In this course we will explore these three methods of dispute resolution from an international perspective and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
