Omschrijving | This course will cover the current state of affairs regarding personnel selection. Specific attention will be paid to assessment methods and their quality. This course will rely heavily on the course literature, which will be announced through Nestor (as will information on the lectures). Students will also have to hand in two assignments during this course: one group assignment and one individual assignment. | ||||||||||||
