Leerdoelen	Upon completion of the course the student is able to: 1. Recognise and analyse a problem in the specialist field. 2. Review the literature on a certain theme within the specialist field. 3. Make a research design of a complex problem in the specialist field and employ specific research methods. 4. Collect qualitative or quantitative data using appropriate data collection methods, analyse data and/or to design a solution in the specialist field. 5. Draw conclusions, make recommendations, generalise findings and identify limitations of a research in the specialist field. 6. Write a (research) report in a systematic manner by exhibiting clear and precise use of English, and present and defend it orally. 7. Manage relevant stakeholders (e.g. thesis supervisor, group members, respondents, client company) in the master thesis project.
Omschrijving	The purpose of the Master’s thesis in Business Administration and Change Management is that the graduate demonstrates his or her ability to do research independently within the specialization. Each semester, students can choose a preferred research theme from available research topics. In general, teachers supervise a group of students working on the same theme or topic. Each supervisor defines a broad theme for the Master's thesis projects he/she is willing to supervise in a specific semester.

Entreevoorwaarden	Students need 20 EC of their master of which 10 EC from mandatory, profile-specific courses.
Opmerkingen	Students can start their thesis twice a year, at the beginning of semester I or II. Thesis supervision only takes place during that semester.
