Omschrijving | Digital technologies are increasingly playing a major role as enablers or inhibitors for organizations to achieve sustainable competitive advantages in the market. For established organizations, a digital transformation strategy is of vital importance for business model innovation and ultimately for commercial success. New startups also need to devise strategies to compete in digital environments and challenge incumbents. Course participants will learn how businesses can leverage digital technologies and data to create innovations, transform business models, and manage platforms and ecosystems. There are no easy answers to strategic questions in the digital age, and the course is designed to sharpen participants' analytical and reflective skills.
