Leerdoelen | This course looks at computational cognitive models of human language processing. Students will explore different cognitive models of language, relating these to: - behavioural data from human language processing; - grammatical theories as formal models of natural language; - modelling assumptions about memory capacity and the structure of mental representations of language. |

Omschrijving | Teaching is in the form of lectures and seminars, together with reading and preparation. Students will work in groups: each group will lead a seminar on a particular topic that was covered earlier in the lectures and the reading. | ||||||||||||
