Determine the strategic challenges of digital transformation and propose possible solutions in a business setting that help firms to create and capture value from digital transformation. 5. Effectively communicate in a group orally and in writing.
Omschrijving	This course is about the impact of digitalization on business, and how businesses should respond to digital change. Incumbent firms inevitably get confronted with new digital and disruptive technologies, which may require them to develop new digital capabilities and business models. Digital change may threaten incumbents or provide opportunities to further improve competitiveness. In this course, we will highlight the importance and practice of digital technologies, provide insights into digital transformation processes, and address when and how firms should digitally transform to improve value creation and capture.
