Prof. Panos Merkouris presenting reports on interpretative practices of international courts and tribunals during ILA Conference in Sydney
During the Study Group’s open session, a number of reports detailing the interpretative practices of several international courts and tribunals were also presented and discussed (European Court of Human Rights by Prof. Ulfstein; Investment Arbitration by Dr. Kulick; ICJ/PCIJ and UN Human Rights Treaty Bodies by Prof. Merkouris).
Prof. Merkouris’ presentation and participation in the ILA Study Group is conducted as part of his research in the context of the TRICI-Law project, which has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement No759728).
