Dimitry Kochenov: 'New Court of Justice challenge will not undermine Brexit in any way'

The European Court of Justice will hear a challenge against the legality of the EU's Brexit negotiations. 'Although the claim seems valid because it's extremely unfair, there is no chance that Brexit be seriously questioned as a result of some expats’ disenfranchisement, argues Prof. Dimitry Kochenov, a constitutional-law expert at Groningen University, on The Globalist.
