Panos Merkouris presents in Oslo the Interim Report on 'Content and Evolution of the Rules of Interpretation'
On May 14-15th, Prof. Panos Merkouris participated in the 3rd meeting of the International Law Association (ILA) Study Group on the “Content and Evolution of the Rules of Interpretation” . The meeting took place in the offices of PluriCourts , the University of Oslo’s Centre for the Study of the Legitimate Roles of the Judiciary in the Global Order.
Prof. Merkouris, in his capacity as co-Rapporteur, presented to the members the Study Group’s Interim Report for discussion and in preparation for the ILA’s 78th Biennial Conference in Sydney, Australia. More about the conference here: www.ila2018.org.au
