Dimitry Kochenov on the state of the Rule of Law in Romania, Hungary and Poland

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov, a constitutional-law expert at Groningen University, was interviewed by the Catalan newspaper El Punt Avui about the state of the Rule of Law in Romania, Hungary and Poland. He points out that although the EU is doing its best, there are not enough tools at its disposal to make these countries, in particular Hungary and Poland, to change track and return to compliance with the basic values on which European integration rests.
