Dimitry Kochenov on defeats of the elites in referenda world wide
On October 3 Prof. Dimitry Kochenov took part in a talk show on BBC Russian radio programme 'Piatyj Ètazh' debating the reasons behind the defeats of the elites in a series of referenda all around the world (in Russian), lamenting the abuse of the referenda as a way to rebuild much needed legitimacy.
