The Hub will be expanded in the ensuring years to accommodate a rising demand of students from China and the wider East Asian region for interdisciplinary PhD training programmes. GSG and CEASG continue to attend the annual PhD Workshop in Beijing to interview and pre-select suitable PhD students for all the faculties of the university.

This year’s CSC fair will be held during 22-23 November in Beijing ( www.phdchina.org ). Prof Joost Herman, Director of the GSG, and Dr Yongjun Zhao, Assistant Professor and PhD Hub Coordinator of the GSG will represent the university at the fair.
