Last week, the BBC published the article "Crimea crisis: What can the West do?" in which dr. Giumelli was asked his opinion on the possibility of imposing sanctions on Russia. Dr. Francesco Giumelli is assistant professor at the Department of International Relations and International Organization at the university of Groningen.
