"Google is right. Lecturers can and should nurture intellectual humility in students," says FEB's dr. Jennifer Jordan
Students from top universities lack 'intellectual humility', says Google and therefore is shifting its recruiting activities to other talent sources. FEB professor in HR Jennifer Jordan is somewhat worried, but also thinks Google is right in some way. She comes up with ideas what she as a lecturer can do to nurture student’s ability to step back and recognize others’ ideas as being better than one’s own, and the ‘ability to fail gracefully’.
