Patrick Deelen wins prize at Genetics retreat
Patrick Deelen, PhD student in bioinformatics (UMC Groningen), won third prize at the Genetics Retreat in Rolduc in April. He was awarded an iPod Nano for his presentation on 'Imputation benchmarking of the Genome of the Netherlands". The prizes were sponsored by Beckman Coulter and presented by Raymond van den Bergh, product specialist Life Sciences.
