Studio reservations for long-term use

The UB has 17 small, lockable studios only available to UG students and staff for long-term use.

• Applications for these studios can be made through a web form. Please read the following terms of use first.
• UG students working on a thesis or graduation assignment can make use of studios allocated for one calendar month. If there is sufficient availability, an extension of no more than one calendar month is possible, though not automatic! A new application is required.
• University staff may use studios for a longer period.
• Studios are intended for intensive use and are only worthwhile when used on an almost daily basis. * Unsure whether you will use the studio every day? Try reserving a day studio in one of the reading rooms first!
• Studios for long-term use are not allocated to junior students. Applications must be submitted before the 20th of the month preceding the preferred period of use. Applicants will receive an e-mail notification before the end of the month.
• Food is not allowed in the studios; you may however bring coffee, tea or a water bottle. Disregarding this rule means you will have to leave the studio.
• Please remember that if you choose to leave any belongings in the studio, you do so at your own risk.

Studio applications are granted in order of receipt, so apply early! You are advised to Regulations for studios for personal use and accept them before reserving a studio.
