Students can reserve a study place for a maximum of 25 hours per week in the University Library (UB) City Centre. With this measure, we want to offer as many students as possible the opportunity to study in the UB, as long as it has a limited capacity.
Have you reserved a study place, but are unable to attend? Cancel your reservation via the link in the confirmation e-mail. Cancelled hours/minutes will be added to your weekly balance and can be used again (Please note: the week starts and ends on Sunday).
Have you finished studying early? Then don't forget to check out using the QR code on your study place. This way you make room for another student. These hours/minutes will also be added to your weekly balance.
