1-10: In running text, write out in full (one, two, three…ten)
11 up: Use digits in running text (11, 12…198…349 etc.)
If a number appears as the first word in a sentence, always write it out in full. If this results in a cumbersome sentence, see whether changing the word order resolves the issue.
Example: Ten people were interviewed.One hundred and three people were interviewed by XYZ agency → XYZ agency interviewed 103 people.
