This intensive course will focus on the basics of Dutch and on language use in everyday situations. The emphasis will be on oral communication, so that you will be able to hold simple conversations after following the course. At the end of the course your level will be CEFR A1. A variety of speech acts and the associated vocabulary will be discussed. Grammar will be taught in such a way that it supports language acquisition.
Lessons will take place from 9-11 a.m and 1.30-3.30 p.m. There will be time for independent study between and after the meetings.

If you want to register for a course at level A1>A2 and you have not followed a course with the Language Centre before, you must visit the office hour. You can only register for this course if you have been given the matching advice.
There is a maximum of 6 participants.
