Bahasa Indonesia

Duration: 26 hours (in 10 weeks) of 26 hours (in 13 weeks).
Studyload: Each week: 2 hours of teaching (including a break) and 2 hours of indepenedent study.

The Bahasa Indonesia language courses of the University of Groningen Language Centre focus mainly on speaking and understanding the Indonesian language. Reading and writing skills will also be dealt with. Grammar is not a goal in itself in this course; however, it is used to support the language acquisition. A great deal of attention will be paid to acquiring a basic vocabulary. Participants are expected to demonstrate a high degree of independence when doing homework or independent study.

Registration

We can fully develop a new course to your specifications, or we can adapt an existing course to your situation. You can also register interest in a course, which we will open when we received enough interest. On Demand or Tailor-made courses can be given is one-to-one courses, for small groups or for entire organizations.

CEFR

Our courses are offered at several levels described in terms of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). This is a reference framework developed by the Council of Europe that provides a basis for comparing language proficiency levels and interpreting test scores.

Language of Instruction

The target language is the language of instruction as much as possible: Bahasa Indonesia. When necessary, the course is taught in Dutch and/or English.

Attendance Certificate

At the end of the course, every participant will receive an attendance certificate on condition that they have attended 75% of the lessons.
