Talent selection in higher education

Psychometrics and Statistics

the aim of this project is to evaluate different methods to select and match students for higher education. We particularly focus on curriculum sampling methods that are becoming increasingly used in practice. Furthermore, we evaluate how different stake holders evaluate different methods to select students. The use of cognitive and non-cognitive methods are critically evaluated.
