Identity development in the domain of study and work

Developmental Psychology

This project covers many smaller studies, PhD projects and master theses over a period of 20 years. The common question concerns: how do young people find their way in the field of study and work? We studied secondary school students, university students of different faculites and universities, and young nurses.
