Trajectory ‘Trainer of young professionals’

The trajectory ‘Trainer of young professionals’ consists of:

Two mandatory skills courses in the Bachelor program:

• Dialogue and group skills (or: Intervention and dialogue: communication and group skills): 5 ECTS (50% theory / 50% practice)

• Communication and diagnostics skills: 5 ECTS (40% theory / 60% practice)

A choice of 10 ECTS from the following trainer skills courses of the Bachelor program:

• Teaching skills: 10 ECTS (20% theory/ 80% practice)
• Dynamic skills in groups: 10 ECTS (20% theory/ 80% practice)

• Teaching and Mentoring in Psychology 10 ECTS (20% theory/ 80% practice)

A choice of 10 ECTS from the following theory courses in the third year of the Bachelor program:

• Conflict management
• Personnel Psychology
• Current topics in organizational psychology
• Sport and performance psychology
• Organisational change
• Group dynamics
• Interpersonal relations
• The social psychology of communication
• Introduction to cognitive behavioural therapies
• Social influence

The learning trajectory has a workload of 30 ECTS (840 hours).
