Emergency – BHV

In case of an emergency, you may call the university wide emergency number: 8050. The university rescue service (BHV) is set into operation via this number.

Internal Service

There is no service desk from the faculty wide courier and porter service in the Bouman building. The main desk of the porters is in the Heymans building.

Facilities

There is a projector or LCD screen, including a PC, in every classroom.

Malfunctions

If there are any malfunctions in the equipment in the classrooms, please contact the Internal Service at the main desk in the Heymans building.

Accessibility

The Bouman building does not have an elevator. The 1st floor is accessible by elevator in the Gadourek building. On the ground floor of the Bouman building you will find a toilet for wheelchair users. There are parking spaces for the disabled in both car parks. (map for the disabled)

Opening hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08.00 a.m. – 06.30 p.m.
• Friday: 08.00 a.m. – 05.30 p.m.
• Closed during weekends

The opening hours of the library, canteen, Student Service Desk, Copy Shop (= Repro) differ from these times. During the summer holidays and around Christmas and New Year’s Eve there are different opening hours, too.

Keys

You can get keys for the various classrooms from the Internal Service in the Heymans building.
