Erasmus-OMS

Erasmus-OMS is an allowance to facilitate the organization of student mobility (‘Organization Mobility of Students’).

This allowance should help to cover the extra costs of organizing matters related to mobility and can be used for all kinds of activities in the field of incoming and outgoing student and staff mobility, such as language courses, information events about studying abroad, production of information material and visiting current and potential partner institutions.

The allowance may not be used to cover matters that are already financed by European funds, such as Intensive Programmes.

The Faculty currently uses the Erasmus-OMS budget to finance information material focusing on Study Abroad, information and welcoming events for incoming and outgoing students, and visits to current and potential partner institutions within the EU.

If you would like to apply for funding via this budget, please send an e-mail explaining your budget proposal to the policy advisor for Internationalization, Mia Vrijens.

The budget allocated to the Faculty is based on the numbers of outgoing students and staff in the previous academic year.

Travel applications will be treated on a first come, first served basis. Allocation criteria include the purpose of the trip and its relevance to the degree programme (with an eye to strengthening/maintaining existing exchange contracts or establishing new ones).
