From Bachelor's to Master's programme
From 1 September 2020 onwards (and during 2020-2021 if possible), the Board of the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE) has decided that students lacking a maximum of 15 ECTS (from the post-propaedeutic phase) may under certain conditions now enrol in a Master’s degree programme of FSE. Please note that some of our Master’s degree programmes have specified extra requirements: some course units must be completed before enrolment in the Master’s degree programme is permitted.
If you intend to start a Master’s programme of FSE while not having completely finished your Bachelor’s degree programme, please note the following:
1. You already need to be admitted to an FSE Master’s degree programme. As the deadline of 1 May already passed, new applications will not be dealt with.
2. You need to contact the Academic Advisor of the Master’s degree programme to check whether it is realistic to start, without having completed your Bachelor’s degree programme. Find the relevant Academic Advisor for you.
3. If you are admitted and when your plans seem realistic (after the check with the Academic Advisor), you still need to request the Board of Admissions for an official approval to start your Master’s degree programme.
