The Careers Company of the Faculty of Economics and Business is looking for two motivated student assistants for the organization of the Careers Week which will take place from 3 to 5 October 2016.

Careers Week
Studying is not only about reading books, but also about personal development and future preparation. The Careers Week offers students the opportunity to prepare for their future and to improve their employability. It is an inspiring event focused on economic and business job market with concrete activities that help students to develop their employability skills and to get in touch with possible future employers.  

The 2 positions
We are looking for two student assistants:

1.     One student with a focus on event organization

2.     One student with a focus on promotion and communication.

As a student assistant for the Careers Week you have to be available for approximately 8 hours a week from March on. In the period right before the event the work load will increase and during the Careers Week we expect a fulltime availability.

Requirements
We look forward to receiving your application if you are:

  • enthusiastic about organizing
  • hands-on mentality
  • second or third year bachelor or master student
  • available for approximately 8 hours a week from March till October
  • For the promotion and communication assistant experience with graphic design and good writing skills are a bonus
  • For the organization assistant experience in organizing events is a bonus
