COPE congress “Logistics is everywhere”
On 25 May 2016 the Center for Operational Excellence of the University of Groningen will organize its second congress themed “logistics is everywhere”. With a mix of speakers from business and science we will inform you about the latest developments within the logistic sector.

Programme
In the morning different keynote speakers will guide you through important logistic challenges and solutions. Confirmed keynote speakers are:
- Arthur van Dijk (Chairman Transport en Logistiek Nederland and member topteam logistics),
- Frits van Bruggen (Chief Executive ANWB)
- Paul Rosenmöller (Chairman VO-council)
In the afternoon there will be multiple parallel sessions with themes such as:
- The logistics of internetsales,
- Serious gaming in logistics,
- Lean versus smart manufacturing,
- Lean, Supply Chains and Resilience
- Smart working at libraries,
- Logistic challenges of personalized education,
- The logistics behind the new fuel LNG,
- Energy and logistics.
- Chain thinking in education, logistics and SCM
The congress will also be the formal closing of the Dinalog R&D projects "Cross-chain order fulfilment for internet sales" and "Design of LNG Networks".
