Diploma for graduates of prestigious Executive Master of Finance and Control for the Energy Industry today
Today, Friday 7 February, fou r graduates of the Executive Master of Finance and Control for the Energy Industry (EMFC-EI) received their well-earned diploma. By completing the EMFC-EI they proved to posses the skillset, talents and drive necessary to successfully operate in the dynamic world of finance and energy. The ceremony took place at the University of Groningen where Ernst Vasbinder, Luuk Feenstra (both Gasunie), Gijs de Graaff (Shell) and Lars Brinch Danielsen (DONG Energy) –successfully defended their thesis and subsequently received their MSc.
The EMFC-EI is one of the most prestigious and intensive programmes of the Energy Delta Institute(EDI). The master was designed by Shell to enable top financial talents to reach their ambition and become leaders in the energy industry. The EMFC-EI is jointly offered by the University of Groningen, PwC and EDI.
Modules in international energy industry hubs
The EMFC–EI programme includes six modules in energy industry hubs such as Houston, Doha, Moscow and Rio de Janeiro. These modules address various topics, among which are strategic management, management accounting and legal aspects, all relating to the specifics of the energy industry.
Participating in the third edition of EMFC-EI
In previous editions participants from Gazprom, DONG Energy, Gasunie, Gasterra, Shell, Essent, and PwC attended. The registration process for this programme has already started as the third edition of EMFC-EI will start June, 16th in Moscow.
